Contract for Website Editing Services

(Hereinafter referred to as “Client”)

1. Services to Be Provided

The Service Provider agrees to perform the following services for the Client:

• Website Editing: This includes, but is not limited to, content editing, layout adjustments, image optimization, and other modifications as specified by the Client.
• Consultation: Provide recommendations for improving website usability, design, and functionality.

2. Timeline

The services will be provided within the following timeframe:

• Start Date: 6/5/2024
• Estimated Completion Date: 6/20/224

3. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider as follows:

• Total Fee: $45.00 per hour
• Payment Schedule: [e.g., 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, or other specified terms]
• Payments to be made via [Payment Method, e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, etc.].

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary access to the website and related materials.
• Respond to requests for information and feedback in a timely manner.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the course of the project confidential and not to disclose any such information to any third party without the other’s written consent.

6. Revisions and Approval

The Service Provider agrees to make up to 5 rounds of revisions as requested by the Client. Additional revisions will be billed at a rate of $125 per hour.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice. If the Client terminates the agreement before completion, the Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

9. Acceptance

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this contract.
