HRM Web App

Lexicon’s proprietary HRM is a custom made application created from the bottom up to support personnel management needs. Lexicon uses HRM as a “one stop shop” for all HR functions; Payroll, Recruiting, Training, Performance Counseling, and recording and tracking individual certifications/qualifications.  HRM is accessible through all devices; our field managers commonly use company supplied iPhones or iPads for timekeeping, performance counseling, and asset management.

 

Recruiting:

All current job requisitions are available for application on our website.  Once candidates apply on the Lexicon’s company website, the recruiters can select qualified personnel, manage the candidate’s interviews, and share the candidate’s information through the system to the TO PM for approval and our security department for background checks/security clearance information. HRM also stores all applicant information in our data base for future consideration; searchable by name or by specific keyword job skills or capabilities.  After a candidate is hired and becomes an employee, the HRM system moves his profile to the employee list database. The employee list profile holds all employee information, emergency contacts, security clearance information, employee skills, and training certifications and qualifications. When an employee certification or license is near to expiration, the system sends a notification email to the employee and manager.

 

 Payroll:

Time and Attendance Management, timesheets, attendance, task, and project management can be easily tracked, creating time to focus on strategic priorities.

 

Asset Management:

The HRM system also manages company assets and inventories of operational vehicles, equipment, weapons, controlled pyrotechnics, IT. The vehicle inspection manager is used to manage the companies fleet vehicle maintenance.  All PMCS is tracked uploaded as performed on iPads or iPhones and is always current.

 

Training:

Employee individual training is recorded, with completion certificates uploaded to HRM.  Automated emails are generated to renew certificates and qualifications as needed. 

Additionally HRM is linked to Lexicon’s online Training Center for distributed learning.

The Lexicon Training Center is an online learning platform for employees to take courses either to improve job-related skills, gain or maintain required certificates, or comply with state or federal compliance training.
